Prenatal Visits

My Prenatal Visit offers personalized, in-home or office sessions designed to empower expectant parents. During this visit, we provide comprehensive birth education, discuss your birth preferences, and share essential tips for preparing both your body and mind for labor. We also guide both mom and dad through comfort measures and practical techniques to support a confident, empowered birthing experience.

Birth

My Birth Doula Service provides continuous, personalized support throughout your labor journey. From the moment you think labor may be starting, we stay in close communication, offering advice and guidance over the phone. When the time is right, I’ll join you in person to provide hands-on support, ensuring your comfort and preferences are always prioritized. My focus is on helping you feel empowered and cared for, as you experience your birthing process with confidence and trust.

Prenatal & Birth Package

My Birth Support Package offers complete care for your birthing journey, combining a personalized prenatal visit with continuous support during labor. In the prenatal visit, we provide birth education, discuss your preferences, and teach body-ready techniques and comfort measures for both mom and dad. As labor begins, we’ll stay in close contact to offer guidance over the phone and, when the time is right, I’ll join you to provide hands-on support, ensuring your care and empowerment throughout the entire experience.
